Vera Odoms The procedure has impacted my life in a wonderful way. It has increased my confidence. It has increased my smiling. Actually, I do a lot of Zoom meetings at work, and so I'm very confident when I'm in those meetings to know that my teeth look beautiful. What sets this place apart is that it is a very warm and inviting office. They are very professional. For me, the top three things that I need from a dentist is I need to know that they follow infection control practices, and they are top-notch with that. My second thing is that I want to make sure that I'm not experiencing any pain. With all the procedures that I've had done here, I've never had pain during the procedure or when I went home. Then the third thing is cost. When there have been times where the insurance didn't cover, I had everything explained to me to understand what I needed to pay, and there was always an option to get it done. Dr. Reid is very warm. She is very detailed in her practice. It's a partnership. You can participate in the process, say what you would like to have, and she listens, and she'll tell you what she's going to do. She'll explain it, she'll tweak it. It's really calming. For me, to go to the dentist there is some anxiety. So having that collaborative relationship is important. Also, you feel confident, you can trust in her. So all the anxiety that you have, you can just relax. For me, that's really important. Also, that she cares. This practice is not a check the box practice. It's a real total package. I would recommend this practice because it is exceptional. From the moment you walk in the office, every aspect, the dentists, the axillary staff, you're getting your appointments, it's just exceptional, the whole process, from the time you enter the door to the time you leave.
